By using a hosted instance of Watchtower, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Watchtower provides a subscription-based software service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt or access it unlawfully. Your Watchtower instance may be suspended if you violate these terms.

The service is provided as is. Watchtower is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

If you decide within 30 days of purchase that Watchtower is not right for you, you can receive a full refund with no questions asked.
